Is anything maintenance free? If you are looking to have us look after the maintenance of your home, we will provide the following service contract:
Provide semiannual inspections
Add stain where needed, when needed
Watch for problem areas, tend to areas more prone to water infiltration
The Doctor Says:
“If you think you need just a maintenance coat, you will have to know what stain is on the house now. If not, we will have to remove it. You cannot put a mfr stain over another mfr stain and expect it to last” Call us if you want us to look at it.
